Conversations in our database are only accessible to Stride coaches and administrators.
 

Though coaching conversations may happen via your company’s messaging service – we only work with companies that guarantee they will not access these messages.
 

All Stride coaches are certified by the International Coach Federation, and adhere to their code of ethics.
 

We might be required to share coaching conversations with authorities under very rare circumstances, such as imminent danger, illegal activity, or a lawfully issued subpoena.
 

We provide your company with aggregated metrics and thematic summaries – NONE of which contains personally identifiable information.
 

We collect and send some usage statistics to Mixpanel to help us improve the product for your benefit.
 

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
